General
questions
Q. What is the ethos behind your service – who is it aimed
at?
A. Our mission is to allow individuals and small business owners to

running as quickly as possible.
Q. What support do you offer?
A. We provide business hours telephone support and 24/7 access to
our online support centre where you can download product manuals,

trouble tickets. We would be delighted to guide you through the
process of creating your site or to provide any help that we can to
ensure that your website is a success.

A. Because we’ve got lots of customers from all walks of life, from
all around the world we can help you with the benefit of our
experience. We are always at the end of the phone or email to guide
and advise you.
Q. I’m a busy person and I don’t really have time to create a
website – could you do that for me?
A. The Console is very easy to use. If you have used a word
processor before then you can use the Console. However, if you
would really like someone to take care of everything then we’d be
happy to do this for you, subject to a quotation.
Q. You seem to be able to offer your service at such a low price
– what is the catch?
A There is no catch. We have created an effective software
mechanism and sales process which allows us to provide our service
to large numbers of people all around the world. Because we have a
lot of customers, our sales price is much lower than many of our
competitors who sell in lower volumes.
Q. Do we keep our internet service provider (ISP)?
A. Yes because you still need a connection to the internet.

sell your products and services online all in one easy to use
system which you control.

send you another email. It usually takes only a few days for us to
fully set-up your website after which we will send you a final
“site ready” email providing full instructions on how to get going,
where to find documentation and how to get help.
Q. How many pages do I get on my website?
A. Whilst not unlimited, the number is high and restricted mainly
by the amount of space that we allocate for your site (250 MB)
Q. What if I go over the allocated 4GB of bandwidth? How much is
extra bandwidth charged at?
A. Our fair use policy allows for sites to occasionally exceed
